It's from when bugs crashes on the moon. It's the introduction of Marvin the Martian. "Earth to Bugs. Earth to Bugs. Come in bugs. Over" *is momentarily calm, picks up radio, clicks on* "glick twitch" etc :)

(not from the dia-boh-lical... sabah-tagee... gremlin episode. Different :)
