Speaking of webcomics. What are your favorites?

While on the topic of webcomics, I'm curious what strips folks read regularly? I have all of mine loaded up in Google Reader (currently one of my favorite toys), and while I'm not necessarily looking for other good strips to add to my lineup, I'm always interested in finding new interesting comics. Some I add to my daily read, some I let slip..

I swore off webcomics in 2003 (March 1st, in fact) when I realized I was spending over an hour a day reading them. Since then, a few have kept my fancy for a little while, but not for long. I currently only read OOTS and Goblins. And Goblins mostly to see whether he will ever end the fight sequence he started 5/23/08.

which is all web comics, even though most are not daily:

http://www.freakangels.com - Freak Angels. Warren Ellis, updates weekly. Moves slowly, gorgeous art, interesting concept.

http://www.giantitp.com/comics - Order of the Stick. Gaming geek love! Updates, um, more or less when he feels like it, which works out to 3-5/wk

http://www.pvponline.com/ - PvP online. Gaming and SF geekery. Somewhat of a continuing storyline with amusing elements. Updates 4-5 days/wk.

http://www.savagechickens.com/ - Savage Chickens. It's, um, daily weirdness drawn by a guy with a marker on 2x2 yellow sticky notes. yes, really. Blame mizarchivist for this one.

http://www.partiallyclips.com/ - Partially Clips. Clip art comic. Updates very infrequently. Sort of humor mixed with sarcastic social commentary. Unfortunately may be going on hiatus.

http://www.punchanpie.net - Punch and Pie. The latest from Aerie and Chris Daily. Sort of a story about two bi women and their weird not-relationship. Also somewhat of a 20-something hipster strip. Updates 3/wk or so.

http://www.lfgcomic.com/page/latest - LFG (Looking For Group) started as a World of Warcraft parody strip, but quickly branched off into its own mythology and storyline. Updates 2/wk. Home of the awesome Richard the Warlock.

http://www.sinfest.net/ - Sinfest. Not quite sure how to describe this. It's sort of about religion and temptation, as played out through caricatures of angels, Jesus, the Devil, Buddha, etc. Updates daily.

http://www.phdcomics.com/comics.php - PhD comics. Trials and tribulations of grad students. Updates 1-2/wk.

http://userfriendly.org/ - User Friendly. Serial misadventures of a mythical small ISP. Updates daily.

http://devilspanties.keenspot.com/ - Devil's Panties. Jennie Breeden's lightly fictionalized life, rendered in daily comics. She has interesting friends and amusing-enough adventures.

http://www.girlgeniusonline.com/comic.php - Girl Genius. Phil and Kaja Folio doing what is probably THE definitive steampunk comic. It has many of the usual Foglio tropes (e.g. brilliant women with gravity-defying boobs) and an interesting storyline. If you haven't been reading this it's really worth going back to the beginning and reading it in order. Updates 3/wk.

http://www.questionablecontent.net - Questionable Content. Very 20-something hipster, but with less pretentious band references than before. Jeph, the artist, seems to have finally gotten interested in his characters again, and the developing story is good.

http://www.xkcd.com - XKCD. A webcomic of romance, sarcasm, math, and language. With stick figures. Pretty much a must-read for geeks and romantics of all kinds. Updates whenever the hell he feels like it.

http://somethingpositive.net/ - Something Positive is the main strip; there are also side projects such as Life With Rippy and Midnight Macabre. All of them tend toward the bitter and sarcastic, with a big helping of caustic funny thrown in. Randy Millholland goes from funny to not at all funny and back again, generally without warning. Updates whenever.
