I don't post to LiveJournal directly. I have my own personal blog called Planet Geek where I do my jabbering and pontificating. I do however maintain a login on Livejournal for friends lists and locked posts and what not.
If you'd like to add 'me' so that posts to my blog show up in your friends list, just like other LJ postings, you want to add my syndicated feed. Just click on the 'Add this journal to my friends list' link.
If you want me to be able to see locked friends-only post, then just friend 'shayde' (me).
