penkApparently one fellow has named himself ANGLE GRINDER MAN! and has taken upon himself not only a spiffy spandex outfit, but also a genuine gasoline powered angle grinder. He is available, via phone, to come out and forcibly remove wheel clamps from illegally parked cars.
