Car storage for the winter?

My mom has a 2006 Subaru wagon that needs to be stored somewhere in Boston for the winter. She snowbirds down to Florida and is leaving in a few weeks.

She's priced outa couple local areas, and they're asking $100/mo and the like. Anyone have a spare garage space or know of a friend or the like that can help out? Probably being stored through late April or thereabouts.

I'm not sure if it will help, but I've noticed that the further out one gets, the cheaper self-storage places get. Since she doesn't need access except at the beginning & end, further out becomes less of an issue (for informational purposes, I got a somewhat larger than car-garage sized space about 40 minutes outside DC for about $70/month.

We have some extra room (it's technically a three-car garage), and we'd certainly take less than $100/month. :) (Though some amount would be lovely....)
