Traffic on the blog goes in spikes - rarely more than one post a day, and frequently only a post every 3-4 days. So it won't spam your inbox :)
I also have a twitter RSS source, but LJ won't let me create an RSS feed for it. Someone with a paid account is welcome to do so.
