I am a doctor, and I can diagnose that from here. It is "psychosis". The question of why he's psychotic is open; depends on a lot of things. Likely he's schizophrenic, possibly he's manic (in fact, given the level of organization he's displayed, mania might be a better bet).

When most people think "crazy", this is what they're thinking of. And honestly, it's kind of sad; he's likely a nice reasonable guy when he's on his meds and not crazy.
