A combo of #1 and #2: - In the am I couldn't get out because our little street was icy and unsalted. - Then a snow truck came down my little street ... and made it worse. - Eventually our little street became unicy and I could have gotten out but didn't.
I'm inertial under the best of circumstances ("an object at rest...") and I've been working 50 hr weeks recently. We got Thing 1 to school and Thing 2 slept a lot, so the opportunity to Get Stuff Done, the sort of paperwork/calls/chores/accounting that one often can do at lunch, but not at my current team, was not to be missed. How behind are we? We just got our Xmas tree out of the living room.
I'll be working on the weekend to make up for it though.
